Raschel Blanket,Mink Blanket,Baby Confort-Blankets and wine at Tayana Stables

        On the road to Kiambu from Nairobi, you may turn off to the right of Ridgeways Road and go on straight (up-and-down) till you get to a junction with no interjections. Raschel Blanket  If you think like me, then your first stop will be at the small Ridgeways shopping centre for a cafÈ latte.

        While here,Mink Blanket I reminisced at an ‘oh-so-long’ ago memory of an old friend called Ciku who lived around this area, with whom we drank latte here in the years Baby Confort before liquor, and who died young in a car crash one June on the way to Rhino Charge.



        A few minutes later, I continued with my journey. At the diverge between two roads, one of which leads to Windsor (on the left) while the other goes to the Tayana Stables, we took the road less travelled, meaning that on Saturdays, the road to Windsor is often filled with wedding convoys.

        The Blankets and Wine event is on at the Tayana Stables, our destination this afternoon. For a thousand bob, one gets into the grounds for the event and, right from the gates, everything is very well organised. Most folk, upon entry, gingerly made their way to  the actual picnic grounds to pick a nice spot to chill at. As for me, I wanted to see the actual stables first so I swung left while the crowd went right.
